Early Kachingle adopter and supporter David Röthler, an expert on crowfduning, will make a presentation at DaF Dienstag’s webinar on Oct. 10 titled Kachingle & Co – alternativ Geldverdienen im Internet. DaF, a community for people whom German is a foreign language, will learn about Kachingle as an alternative revenue stream for blogs and other online content.
Kachingle will be present in force at PayPal’s premier annual event for their developer community on Oct. 26-27 at Moscone Center West in San Francisco. We’ll have a booth (our first!) so please stop by for a demo and to discuss our service–or just to say hi! Kachingle has also been submitted to the conference’s Developer Challenge and we’d love a show of support.
Cynthia Typaldos, Kachingle Founder/President, will be a poster presenter at CrowdConf2010 at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco. CrowdConf “bring[s] together researchers, CEOs, technologists, outsourcing experts, legal scholars, and artists to discuss the rapidly democratizing and flattening of the global labor market. The event includes a series of peer-reviewed presentation tracks, posters, technology demonstrations as well as invited keynote addresses from leaders in crowdsourcing.”
Our founder Cynthia will be giving a demo and discussing our new Twitter integration at the September 8 SV Twitter Meetup. The meetup is at PayPal’s Town Hall Building (2161 N 1st Street, San Jose, CA 95131, near the San Jose Airport off 101) starting at 6:30. Free pizza so RSVP if you can join us.
The evening’s main presentation is by @raffi, tech lead of Twitter’s Platform team, and @themattharris, a Developer Advocate at Twitter, who will discuss in depth the Tweet Button and User Streams. @ppalavilli will begin the evening discussing monetizing Twitter apps with PayPal.
If the location is an issue, there is a strong possibility the event will be webcast. Just check the meetup page, if there’s a webcast the info will be on it.
