All of us here are very happy to tell you about the new home page for http://www.kachingle.com which went live a couple of days ago. The new design features a live newsfeed of kachingling activity, an improved video player and the Bunny Button. Most importantly we expect this version to more directly convey the nature and benefits of Kachingle with a bit of style and humor.

The live newsfeed displays an entry for the first time each day a Kachingler visits a site sporting the Kachingle Medallion. Each entry show the Kachingler’s avatar and name and the Medallion name and avatar.
The new video player lets you choose from four videos: Why Kachingle?, an interview with Cynthia Typaldos, How Kachingle Works featuring Barbara Harris of Chicago Talks, The Origin of Kachingle by our founder Cynthia and Wilkommen, a German language overview with our Chairman Jens Horstmann.
We’ve also launched a new discussion forum on Google Groups (details in another post soon) to improve our communications with our community–Kachinglers, Site Owners and other interested folks.
